We talked with them and they said that they had been well supported. They said the staff were always available to talk to and support them. They told us that they were always treated with respect and staff were mindful of their privacy. They told us staff talked with them about how they would like their support to be provided.

The provider had developed a system whereby they can monitor how well the home is meeting the needs of the people who live there.

This organisation provides some people with support of a type that does not require registration with us. Therefore, at the time of our visit, the accommodation was shared with a small group of other people.

At the time of our visit there were four people using the service as a residential facility. None of those people required personal care.

People told us that they regularly talked with the managers and found it easy to approach them if they had any issues about the staff or the service that was being provided. One person said that if they had any concerns they would 'Talk to any of the staff'.

People said that they were treated with respect and their privacy was maintained. They said that the staff were always polite and helpful. One person commented "Talking to the staff is good. They are very helpful"

Staff provided health and social care support well. Community services were accessed to support people when necessary.

People told us that staff were always available when they needed help. They said that the staff were friendly and always acted professionally.
