During a routine inspection
They told us that nothing was too much trouble for the carers, and that they looked forward to their daily visits.
A family member told us that they could not manage without the kind help and support of the agency. We were told that it is lovely to have someone that makes them feel and comfortable.
The only negative comment was that the carers are sometimes late, but not very often.
People who use the service told us they felt well supported by the staff employed by the agency and found them very helpful.
Some people told us that they enjoyed the daily contact of a friendly face.
