During a routine inspection

We spoke to people using the service or their carers or representatives. They told us that they were very happy with the service provide by the agency. One person said: "I am very happy with them, the staff are very patient and they know what to do. We always have the same staff who visit and they are very reliable." Another person said: "I am very impressed so far, the staff member they send works well with my relative."One healthcare professional said: "My client found the agency very professional and thorough."

We found that people had up to date care management plans in place that gave a good level of guidance to staff on how to effectively care and support the person they were visiting. We also found that the provider had good systems in place for safeguarding vulnerable adults and the management of any concerns or complaints.
