During a routine inspection

We spoke with a number of people who used the service and they gave very positive feedback about living at Dawood House. Comments include 'We are very well looked after,' 'Staff are kind and they always respect me and treat me as an individual,' 'The food is very good and there is always an alternative if I don't like what is on the menu.'
