During a routine inspection
We saw three care files which showed us that people received a comprehensive assessment when they were first referred to the agency. We saw that the care plan was developed from the assessment and was relevant to the needs of the people receiving the service. We saw that person centred language was used in the care plan and reflected the persons views.
We saw that all those involved in the care, treatment and support of people who used the service had cooperated with the planning and provision of care, treatment and support.
We saw that there were effective recruitment procedures in place and there were sufficient knowledgeable and experienced staff to meet the needs of the people using the service.
We saw that the provider listened to the views of people using the service and acted upon them.
