During a routine inspection
All the people we spoke with told us they had been involved in formulating their care plan.
Individual needs of people were assessed and were continually reviewed, and care plans updated. People experienced care, treatment and support that met their needs
We found that people were protected because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent it from happening.
We looked at staff recruitment records. All staff files we saw complied with all legal requirements and this showed that care had been taken in appointing these members of staff.
The provider had in place effective systems to assess and monitor the quality of service which sought people's views and changed practice as a consequence where required.
