We were told staff generally arrived on time and had the appropriate skills to undertake the required tasks.
People said they felt safe using the agency and staff treated them with dignity and respect.
Relatives of people who used the service said the agency communicated well and kept them informed of issues or concerns. We were told staff were skilled in meeting the needs of people with dementia.
Staff told us they were well supported by the seniors carers and the manager and provided with regular training opportunities. People were aware of how to raise concerns and the importance of recording information.
The agency ensures that people have the opportunity to comment on the service by supplying details about the complaints procedure and by providing annual questionnaires for people to complete.
