During a routine inspection

We haven't been able to speak to people using the service because there were no consultations booked in the clinic on the day of this inspection. We gathered evidence of people's experiences of the service by reviewing the quality assurance questionnaires returned to the clinic from 1 August 2011 to November 2011.We also spent time looking at comments and feedback from people that had used services on the providers web site.
