During a routine inspection

We visited this location on a weekday and were able to talk to two people who used the service and they told us that the staff are 'great' and that the home is 'friendly and homely'. People also said that 'this is our home' and that they 'enjoy the food.' People who used the service raised no concerns and expressed that they felt safe and that they knew how to discuss issues.
