During a routine inspection
Each person that we spoke to told us of their appreciation of the service and of the skill and kindness of the staff. People told us the service was 'a very nice place to come to' and was like a 'home from home'. People said they enjoyed meeting up with their friends who had booked to stay at the same time.
People using the service also told us of their great sadness and disappointment about the loss of the service. Many people told us they would find it difficult to find an alternative service that could meet their needs so well.
