During a routine inspection

The people who we spoke with told us that they were happy at the home. They said that the staff were kind and caring. They told us that they were able to do the things that they wanted, that the food was good and that nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

We met relatives of some of the people who live at Dalemead. They said that people received good care. They told us that they had been asked to help plan the care and treatment their loved ones needed. The relatives told us that the staff kept them well informed and that they could visit whenever they liked.
