During a routine inspection

We were not able to speak directly to the one person who used the service but discussed his care and treatment with the registered manager and staff. We were not able to confirm that changes in his care had been discussed with him but saw that all changes had been discussed with professional medical staff and explained within the care plan. We also saw that staff responded to the needs of the individual promptly and politely.
