During a routine inspection

We were unable to speak with people using the service as none were present at the time of our inspection visit. In order to gain people's views about their experience of the service, we have reviewed the outcomes of a survey conducted by the provider at year end 2011.

Without exception, all respondents agreed of the excellent quality of service received and that their privacy and dignity had been respected.
