During a routine inspection

People did not wish to speak with us at the time of the inspection. We have therefore used people's written feedback to the provider to assist us in our assessment of the service. We looked at 20 written responses and all of them were 'very satisfied' with the doctor, the service and facilities. Their comments included "Mr Leitch has been absolutely superb. I would highly recommend him to all" and "the best".

People's needs were assessed and care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual care plan. There were some arrangements in place to deal with foreseeable emergencies.

Staff were appropriately recruited and had the skills needed to carry out their role. Equipment used in the service was regularly serviced and maintained and operated by staff trained to do so.

During a routine inspection

We did not speak to people who use the service during our visit however we saw evidence from patient survey and feedback that showed that people were satisfied with the service and their involvement in making decisions about their care and treatment.
