During a routine inspection
People's care records are up to date and accurate. They help staff to understand the care being given and to evaluate care and treatment meaningfully.
People say staff have the skills needed to care for them and are kind and caring. People living here say they feel lucky and safe.
Some of the rooms at this home do not have ensuite facilities. Some people say they would prefer to have these, but that the lack of them does not mean they want to move to another home. One person said 'having a bathroom is good but I wouldn't want that in place of the home I have'.
