During a routine inspection
We asked people using the service if they were aware of their care plans, but although people had signed their care plans, they did not recall being involved with drawing them up or reviewing them. Three people we spoke to were aware of the care and treatment they receive, such as their involvement with healthcare providers and reviews with their doctors.
Three people using the service confirmed they felt safe and told us they could speak to the manager or person in charge at any time if they were unhappy or dissatisfied about anything as they were available to them on a day to day basis.
