During a routine inspection
We saw that the needs of people who used the service were assessed and care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual care plan/pathway. We saw that people were referred to the service by their General Practitioner (GP) after they had been through a consultation.
There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. Policies and procedures covered all areas of infection control. These policies were shared with the Health Centre the treatments were undertaken in.
We found that the provider of the service regularly assessed and monitored the quality of the service provided. People who used the service were asked for feedback about their experiences after they had undergone their treatment.
