Reporting on ratings reviews
Ratings reviews are a check on the process of awarding and aggregating the ratings, and are requested by providers. They are not an opportunity to challenge judgements made during inspection.
These numbers summarise the outcome of all ratings review requests to date. The data shows changes to any rating at the core service / key question level. Very few requests for a review lead to a change in a provider’s overall rating.
