CQC warns provider that it must make improvements
29 August 2013
When the Care Quality Commission visited Signature at the Miramar (Operations) Limited unannounced on 13 June 2013 and 21 May 2013 we found that the service was failing to meet the national standards that people should be able to expect.
As a result, CQC has issued a/formal warning to Signature at the Miramar Operations Limited telling them that they must improve in the following areas by 27th August 2013
- Care and welfare of people who use services - Regulation 9
- Staffing - Regulation 22
- Records - Regulation 20
CQC inspectors will return unannounced in due course to check whether the required improvements have been made. For more details of the findings from the inspection in July, read the full report here.
