When the Care Quality Commission visited RmB Healthcare (Unit 1035) on 16 June 2014, we found that the service was failing to meet the national standards that people should be able to expect.

As a result, CQC has issued a formal warning to Mr Robert Malcolm Burt telling them that they must improve in the following area by 1 August 2014:

  • Regulation 20, (Outcome 21): Records

The service was failing to ensure that appropriate records were kept.

CQC inspectors will return in due course to check whether the required improvements have been made. For more details of the findings from the inspection in June 2014, read the full report here.
