Who can send us information
It is important for the Care Quality Commission to hear from people who use services and local communities. We are grateful to those groups and committees that gather evidence about local views and experiences.
We want to hear from:
- Local Involvement Networks (LINks)
- Overview and Scrutiny Committees
- Foundation Trust Boards of Governors
- Learning Disability Partnership Boards and Local Children's Safeguarding Boards.
During 2010 we will be finding new ways to gather information from national voluntary organisations with local networks and other local groups such as GP practice participation groups.
This form is not suitable for individuals to tell us their experiences of care. We are developing new ways for people who use services and their carers to tell us about what happens to them when they use health and social care services.
We will try to use as much information as we can when we assess services.
