National survey of NHS staff 2008
This is the 6th annual survey of NHS staff. It provides trusts with valuable information about the views and experiences of employees that can help to improve the working lives of staff and the quality of care for patients.
We provide each trust with a detailed report, so that they can compare their results with those of similar trusts, review any problems staff may have and take action.
