We're inspecting Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust from 22 November.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent health and adult social care regulator. Our job is to check whether hospitals, care homes, GPs, dentists and services in your home are meeting national standards.

In November, our inspectors will be undertaking a focused follow up inspection covering all eight acute core services across two of the three main sites - Diana Princess of Wales Hospital and Scunthorpe Hospital. There will also be focused follow up inspections of community end of life care services and community health services for adults.

CQC's last inspection

Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust is rated as requires improvement.

You can read the report from our last inspection here, which took place in October 2015.

The feedback people gave us about their experiences of care from before the last inspection was important and helped us to decide what to look at during our inspection.
