People who use health and social care services are at the heart of the Care Quality Commission's work. We believe that involving the people who use care services will help to improve services for everyone.
There are many different ways we want to involve people, for example:
- to help shape CQC
- in our inspections and visits
- through consultations
- through surveys
- by working with local groups
