Brief description

The Wheatlands is a residential Home, established in 1995, and is owned by Barchester Holdings; it comprises an original building and a purpose-built extension. It is set in pleasant gardens within walking distance of Much Wenlock Town Centre.
 
The home is registered to provide care for 53 older people - 26 in the main building, known as Corris House, and 27 Elderly Mentally Ill, in Ellis Suite, including 4 requiring high dependency care.

In addition, day care and respite care provision is offered when beds are available. There are four close care bungalows in the grounds, which are not subject to regulation.
The standard of accommodation is high with much attention paid to creating a warm, homely atmosphere.

Weekly fees range from £530.00 - £600.00.
