Brief description

Harton Grange is a care home offering personal care to 61 older people, some of whom may have dementia, mental health needs or a physical disability.
 
Situated just off a busy main road, the home is a short walk from local shops and other amenities. The local library is next door and shares the same access road.

The home has 3 floors, although residents use only 2 floors, as the 3rd floor provides staff facilities. All the rooms are single, meet National Minimum Standard sizes and benefit from en-suite toilet facilities. A choice of lounges is available and lobby areas were designed to provide additional seating areas and are popular with residents.

Access into the building is level and a shaft lift provides access to the other floors. A door entry system is operated on the front door as a security measure. Externally, an enclosed garden area can be accessed via the ground floor but residents on the first floor also have access to a balcony area.
