Brief description

West Heanton is an older style property which has been converted into a residential care home for up to 22 elderly people. The home is situated in a rural area in its own well maintained grounds. The home has various lounge areas and a separate dining room.

All areas can be accessed either by stairs or by use of a chair lift.
 
Fees cost around £440 per week depending on individual needs. Additional costs, not covered in the fees, include chiropody, hairdressing, and personal items such as toiletries and newspapers. People funded through the Local Authority have a financial assessment carried out in accordance with Fair Access to Care Services procedures.
