Brief description
Chalcraft Hall is a residential home providing accommodation and personal care for up to twenty elderly persons. The current owners purchased the home in November 2005.
The registered provider is Anra Care Limited for and the registered manager post is vacant at present.
The home is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of Bognor Regis close to a local shopping parade and within easy distance of the town centre with it's train station, shops and other amenities.
The detached building is set in good-sized gardens consisting of paved areas and lawns. There is ample parking space to the front/side of the building.
The accommodation is arranged on ground and first floors and there is a passenger lift. All rooms are for single occupancy, seventeen having full en-suite facilities and three with a WC and washbasin.
