Brief description

The agency supports adults ( aged 18 and above) with learning disabilities, who live in the community in their own homes, either independently or with their family.
 
The agency is part of the Manchester Learning Disability Partnership (MLDP), which is a multi-agency and disciplinary team supporting people with learning disabilities living in the Manchester Local Authority area.
 
The agency is based in the Hulme area of Manchester. The premises are fully accessible and are shared with other members of the MLDP.

 
Fees charged are based on an assessment of a person's financial means.
