Brief description
The agency is part of the Manchester Learning Disability Partnership (MLDP) which is a multi-agency and disciplinary team supporting people over the age of 18 years with learning disabilities in their own home throughout the Manchester Area. The agency supports people who live in their own homes in and around the South Manchester area in either local authority or housing association properties. The agency office is based in the Chorlton area of Manchester.
