Brief description

The agency supports adults aged 18 and over whose needs are associated with their learning disability and may include complex behavioural and mental health needs. People are supported on a 24-hour basis who live in their own homes in and around the Manchester area, in either local authority or housing association properties. The agency has a permanent office based in the Gorton area of Manchester.

The agency is part of the Manchester Learning Disability Partnership MLDP which is a multi-agency and disciplinary team supporting people with learning disabilities in their own home throughout the Manchester Area. Charges are based on an assessment of people's financial means.
