Brief description

St Anne's Community Services is a domiciliary care agency registered to provide services including personal care to people living in their own homes. It provides this service to people with a wide range of complex needs. The agency operates one branch within Yorkshire and Humberside, which consists of an office at 45 Crichton Avenue, York.

The agency currently provides personal care services to two people living in the York area and a support service to further clients within the same catchment area. Clients are referred to the agency via Local Authority care management teams.
 
On 16 July 2009 the registered manager told us that the fees are calculated at an hourly rate which ranges between £15.10 and £16.36. Hourly fees however would be agreed on an individual basis.
 
People are given a copy of the service user's guide when they decide to receive a service from St Anne's.
