Brief description

Independent Community Care Management Ltd ICCM Nurse Agency is registered to provide a support service enabling people with a wide range of nursing care needs to continue living independently in their own home. ICCM Ltd is also separately registered as a Domiciliary Care Agency and therefore packages of care can be individually tailored to meet complex needs involving both nursing care and personal care. Services provided by ICCM Ltd are commissioned by Social Care Health, Primary Care Trusts, and by people who are self-funding.

A dedicated team involved in a specific package of care may be utilised to meet nursing care needs arising from, for example, acquired brain injury, physical disabilities, and spinal cord injuries. Where the package of care also requires personal care support from a domiciliary care worker, the Domiciliary Care Agency registration also allows for additional personal care support. ICCM Ltd has its office base in Kettering and is located on a business park on the outskirts of the town.

The detailed charges for providing a package of care is available directly from the Nurse Agency and an hourly rate will be calculated that will be dependent upon such factors, for example, as whether night cover is to be provided by waking or staff sleeping over, or whether a more senior qualified staff member is required.
