Brief description
The agency is part of the Manchester Learning Disability Partnership (MLDP) which is a multi-agency and disciplinary team supporting people with learning disabilities throughout the Manchester Area. The agency supports people with a range of social, personal, health and emotional needs on a 24 hour basis who live in their own homes in and around the North of Manchester area.
