Brief description

This domiciliary care service is situated on the Boulevard close to Weston Super Mare town centre. The office in Elizabeth House is situated on the first floor and does not have wheelchair/disabled access. A lift is available but there is a flight of four stairs from the lift down to a landing, four stairs then lead up to the office.

The office is open Monday to Friday and has out of office hours telephone arrangements for staff and service users. The proprietors undertake the day-to-day management and operation of the agency. The current charges for personal care and domestic assistance is between £15.54 - 17.02 per hour.

The minimum call is for a period of half an hour. This information was taken from the current service user information pack. People funded through the Local Authority have a financial assessment carried out in accordance with Fair Access to Care Services procedures.
