Brief description

Independent Community Care Management Ltd ICCM Ltd Domiciliary Care Agency is registered to provide a support service enabling people with a wide range of personal care needs to continue living independently in their own home. ICCM Ltd is also separately registered as a Nurse Agency and therefore packages of care can be individually tailored to meet complex needs involving both personal care and nursing care. Services provided by ICCM Ltd are commissioned by Social Care Health, Primary Care Trusts, and by people who are self-funding.

A dedicated team involved in a specific package of care may be utilised to meet personal care needs arising from, for example, acquired brain injury, physical disabilities, and spinal cord injuries. Where the package of care also requires nursing care support from a registered Nurse, the Nurse Agency registration also allows for this additional professional support. ICCM Ltd has its office base in Kettering and is located on a business park on the outskirts of the town.

The detailed charges for providing a package of care is available directly from ICCM Ltd and an hourly rate will be calculated that will be dependent upon such factors, for example, as whether night cover is to be provided by waking staff or staff sleeping over.
