Brief description

Anglia Case Management Ltd specialises in providing on going case management for adults and children who have incurred or acquired traumatic brain injuries. Currently 75% of work is with adults and 25% with children and young adults. It works with families, solicitors, deputies and other professionals and provides support packages that range from a few hours up to intensive twenty-four care, across East Anglia and includes the counties of Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridge, Essex, and Bedfordshire and into London.
 
The agency is responsible for the recruitment of staff however support workers are employed by the families receiving the support, solicitors acting on their behalf or deputies.

The agency acts as employer designate. The agency continues to support staff through supervision and training and it is on that basis that Anglia Case Management Ltd is inspected as a domiciliary agency, not simply an employment agency. A large portion of work undertaken by Anglia Case Management does not fall under the regulation of CSCI.

All Case Managers are members of The British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers. The agency premises are located in converted barns in Tostock, Suffolk. The owner and Registered provider, Mrs Caroline Ferber, is based at the office with administrative staff and some of the Case Managers.

Other Case Managers operate from their own homes. There are 18 case managers employed currently. Fees for this service range from £8.50 to £12.30 per hour.
