Brief description
Advantage Healthcare Nursing Agency operates from modern 5th floor offices at Green Dragon House, 64-70 High Street, Croydon, to which the agency moved on 31 August 2007. The offices are wheelchair accessible and provide pleasant, spacious and well-resourced facilities for both staff and visitors. These include a meeting and training room.
The agency is situated on the main high street, and is close to bus, tram and rail connections.
The agency provides a range of nursing services, and has been registered since 1 April 2003. The nursing agency supplies qualified nurses to a number of primary health care trusts (for work in hospitals and community nursing services), and supplies nurses to work in nursing homes, private hospitals and clinics.
There is presently an acting manager for the Croydon branch, who is accountable to a regional manager, Ms Sue Hayes. A registered nursing care consultant, whose remit includes the recruitment, induction, and supervision of qualified nurses, assists the registered manager.
