The agency is located in first floor offices at St Peters House in Croham Road, South Croydon, close to rail and bus connections.

Whilst the premises are suitable for the purposes of the agency, they are not suitable for access by disabled persons.
 
The agency supplies qualified nurses to a number of health care trusts. The nurses supplied are mainly highly qualified nurse practitioners and emergency nurse practitioners. Placements are mainly within the London region and include hospitals, emergency services, nursing homes, health centres and GP practices.

Some placements are made in areas outside of London.
