Brief description

High Meadow Home Care Limited (Westgate on Sea) is one of a group of domiciliary care agencies owned and managed by High Meadow Home Care Limited. The Directors are Mr & Mrs S Yilmaz who also own a number of residential care homes in Kent. The Thanet office is based in Cliftonville, the head office is at Sturry, near Canterbury and the mid Kent office is at Hythe
 
The office for High Meadow Home Care (Westgate) is located in ground floor offices opening directly onto the Northdown Road Cliftonville main shopping centre.

There is a public car park to the rear that connects directly to the office private parking at the back for approximately 4 vehicles. There is good access for people using wheelchairs and an adapted toilet.
 
The agency offers domiciliary care services to older people, people with physical disabilities, people with learning disabilities, children, people with sensory impairment, people with mental health problems, personal or family carers and private clients with any of the above needs.
 
The organisational structure for the group of three agencies includes an Operations Manager, Training Officer, and Area Manager. It is envisaged that the Area Manager will become the Registered Manager for the Canterbury and Thanet offices.

There is also an appointed Manager in each office. The Thanet office also has a full time co-ordinator. The new structure of the company will also involve some changes in office accommodation in the Canterbury area.

 
A fee structure is in place ranging from £6.70 per half hour to £14.85 per hour for social hours and £8.00 per half hour to £17.80 per hour for unsocial hours, according to the level of care provided.
