CM Community Care Services Limited provides domiciliary care for younger and older adults who may have mental health needs, physical disability or sensory loss. The service provides personal care, assistance with meals, medication, cleaning, assisting people to bed and getting up and shopping. Access to this support enables people to maintain their independence within their home.
The Agency's office is located in the City Centre of Wolverhampton and is accessible by public transport. Entry to the property is via a series of steps and would not be accessible for people with restricted mobility. Limited off road car parking is available at the back of the building.
People who use the service do not have access to previous inspection reports to enable them to find out about the quality of service provided and people's experiences of using the agency.
