The agency provides nurses to a variety of settings including hospitals, nursing homes and prisons. The office accommodation is conveniently situated for staff to call into, but is on the first floor and therefore cannot be accessed by people with a physical disability.
The agency has a detailed information pack, which is provided to all prospective uses of the service. This information informs people of the aims and objectives of the agency, the services provided, who manages the agency, the range of qualifications of the staff that are supplied, the policies and procedures under which the agency operates and other relevant information that assists people to make an informed choice about using the agency.
