Brief description
County Nursing Ltd is an established nurse's agency based in central Taunton. The Providers and directors, Mr and Mrs Burt founded the business in 1986 and the company became Ltd in 2000. The Registered Manager is Mr Jason Hamilton-Rose who is also a director of the company.
The agency has a registered Nurse Manager on call at all times. The agency employs experienced Registered Nurses and administration staff. The agency operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The Agency provides approximately 45 Registered Nurses and 50 Health Care assistants to a variety of settings which include Acute Trusts, community hospitals and care homes. Nursing care can also be supplied to people in their own homes. The Care Quality Commission does not inspect the supply of care staff that are supplied to care homes and hospitals however the same high standards of recruitment and training are provided to all staff.
When care staff look after people in their own homes this work is regulated as a result of the the agencies' registration as a domiciliary care agency. The Agency provide approximately 45 Registered Nurses and 50 Health Care assistants to a variety of settings which include Acute trusts, community hospitals, The office premises are well equipped and arranged over two floors. A training room, kitchen, toilet facilities and interview room are on the ground floor.
