Brief description
Enterprise Care is a small domiciliary care agency, which provides care and support to older people and younger adults. The office is located in Downton, a large village south of Salisbury. Care is provided to people primarily within Hampshire and Dorset, but also in the small area of South Wiltshire around Downton.
The agency's office base is in an extended part of the home of the registered provider, Mr Ian Roper. There is ample office space for administrative purposes and for staff training. Parking is available at the property and in the street.
The registered manager is Ms Carly Hopkins.
Hourly fees for the service, at the time of inspection, ranged from £13.25 midweek to £14.90 at weekends and £20.15 at public holdays. Mileage was charged at 48p per mile. The agency provided information about its services by way of a service user guide and on its website.
