Brief description

Sandwell Asian Family Support Services is an organisation which provides a wide range of care and support services to South Asian families who have children/adults with disabilities and/or life threatening conditions. The organisation provides a domiciliary care service to children and adults as well as a range of other support services.
 
They told us "We are a unique and specialist organisation as we specifically work with South Asian children and young people with disabilities.

We provide a bespoke and holistic service".
 
The agency is located within a purpose built health and social care centre. Facilities for the agency are separate to that of the centre. The premises are on the first floor and conform to the Disability Discrimination Act.

Entrance to the premises is through a door entry system.
 
The agency is funded via the local authority, and currently do not make a direct charge for the children's service .
