Brief description
The office base is in a large complex of individual offices and businesses, on the edge of Lancaster city centre. There is a large car parking area alongside the complex, which has a general reception area. There is also easy access to transport links.
BiJu Care offers a personal care service to people in their own homes, to enable them to live as independent a life as possible in the community. Specific teams of carers are trained to provide rehabilitation support, care for people with mental health problems, care for people with physical disabilities and sensory impairments, as well as mainstream care and support. The agency currently provides services to about 360 people in the local area.

As at September 2009, the fee scale ranges from £10.25 per hour of personal care, up to £80 for an overnight waking watch of 10 hours.
