Brief description

Clarence Park provides care and support to older people who have nursing needs. It comprises of two houses joined together and extended close to the seafront in Weston super Mare and opposite Clarence Park. Local shops and amenities are close by and the town centre is just under a mile away.

Inside, the home is well laid out, level throughout with ramps and lifts giving access to the upper floors. Twenty one of the single, and all four of the shared bedrooms have en suite facilities. With a small garden at the front, the rear has been laid as patio around a central water feature.
