102B Brockhurst Road is a semi-detached property situated up a short drive and is close to local shops and amenities, the home is close to a local bus route, which runs into the town centre of Gosport and also into Fareham town centre. The home is run by the Hampshire Autistic Society HAS and is registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection CSCI to provide support and accommodation for four adults who have a Learning Disability. The home provides a service for people with Autism.

Contractual placement at home includes the provision of 35 hours per week day care at a centre run by Hampshire Autistic Society. The home was purpose built and meets all of the national minimum standards with regard to the physical environment. The home's fees range from GBP1296.89 to GBP1867.60 a week.
