Newington Court is a 58 bedded care home providing 24 hour nursing care to older people, some with mental health or dementia care needs. Eight of the beds are situated in the adjacent Falcon Place building. The main building is purpose built and is situated on the A2 between Newington and Sittingbourne.

A passenger lift accesses all accommodation used by residents in the main building. In total there are 54 single and two double bedrooms. There is ample communal living space.

On site car parking is available. The home is within easy access of the M2 motorway. Shops and facilities are available in Sittingbourne and Newington.

Current weekly fees range from £670 to £975 in the main home and £750 for Falcon Place.
