The Advantage Healthcare Group was formed in 1998 and was rebranded in 2005, and now trades using the name Advantage Healthcare Group. The agency can provide personal nursing care for service users within their own homes, or nurses within hospitals or care homes. The manager is supported by a nurse recruiter who can offer advice and assistance around nursing issues.

The domiciliary care agency aspect of the service is inspected separately under the Domiciliary Care Agency Regulations.
